The National Interuniversity Consortium for Environmental Sciences (CINSA) has been promoting and coordinating research and other scientific and applicative activities in the field of Environmental Sciences among the associated Universities for over twenty-five years.
Cosa facciamo
The Consortium has its legal head office in Venice, operational headquarter in Parma and separate research branches at partner universities. CINSA is a non-profit research organisation, supervised by the Italian Ministry of Universities and Research.
CINSA carries out research and scientific dissemination in numerous fields related to Environmental Science. CINSA’s cultural offering is highly innovative compared to traditional disciplines; with a scientific network of over 100 scholars and 6 operational units capable of capturing the interactions among environmental components as well as its specific characteristics, it ensures debates and an efficient coordination of research programs.
Contributi
Responsible for OS3: analyze experiences and literature to identify plant species and ecosystem services, collaborate on epidemiological studies about the impacts of green and blue spaces and contribute to dissemination and training.
