He has been dealing with environment and in particular with design, construction, management and control of infrastructures for the protection of environment and collective health since 1990.

He has directed the Environmental Technical Sectors of medium/large Local Authorities, for years, and was Area Manager at the Presidency of the Council of Ministers – Civil Protection Department, Commissioner Delegate Office for Environmental Emergency in the Calabria region. He worked for over five years for the Public Works and the Environmental Policy Departments of Calabria region.
In ARPACAL he directed the Technical-Scientific Sector and the Risk Sector of the Scientific Directorate, he is currently Director of the Provincial Department of Cosenza. He also directs the Plant Verification Services for health protection of life and workplaces of the Provincial Departments of Catanzaro, Reggio Calabria and Cosenza and he is President of the Single Guarantee Committee.
Appointed as contact person for the Department of Health, Social and Health care Services Protection Agency of Calabria region.
Contact person for ARPACAL Operational Unit of the project, as well as Technical Coordinator and member of the Steering Committee of the project.
