He was member of the Technical Committee of the Emergency-Urgency Network of Calabria region and during the pandemic emergency; he was part of the Regional Crisis Unit for Covid-19 Emergency and held the position of Covid Manager and Coordinator of A.S.P. Cosenza Mission Unit. He also held the position of Mobile Team Coordinator of the Italian Army for A.S.P. Cosenza Health emergencies and appointed Head of the U.S.C.A. of ASP Cosenza.
Throughout his career he was bestowed the Honor of Knight of the Order of the Merit of the Italian Republic for participating in the emergency operations of the earthquake in Abruzzo and the Honor of Officer of the Republic for his commitment during the pandemic emergency.

He is currently Director of the Cosenza/Savuto Health District of ASP Cosenza, auxiliary Medical Officer, contract professor at the “Magna Graecia” University of Catanzaro and professor of the Training Course in General Medicine of the Calabria region.
He is member of the National Coordination of the Program “Mattone Internazionale Salute” and contact person of Pro.M.I.S. Organizational Technical Committee for Calabria region.
As part of the VeBS project, he is the contact person for the Calabria Operational Unit of Health Protection, Social and Healthcare Services Department.
